Lead Architect

We are looking for a Lead Architect in Jacksonville, FL, to serve as a conduit between business needs and technical design, architecture, solution development, and deployment. The right fit for this position will have the following skills:

• Experience across a myriad of technologies with hands-on development of a suite services, applications, and integrations with other systems in support of our digital signage, content management, and associated products and services
• CentOS Linux server skills and a demonstrated track record of creatively establishing, managing, and sunsetting environments in support of VM applications that exist within a services architecture (CentOS Linux, Apache Tomcat)
• Database knowledge to include primary or secondary skills in one or more of these databases: Oracle, Cassandra, Hadoop, MS SQL, and/or Postgres
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, MySQL, VMware, Linux (Red Hat and CentOS), and Windows desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and client management tools
• Knowledge and understanding of patching methodologies and the ability to create new methodologies as required
• Knowledge of mobile devices and device administration
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation
