Job Description


  • Must be located in the East or Central time zone regions
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Pega and/or similar CRM experience highly preferred
  • Solid PMM knowledge
  • Ability to lead implementation team
  • Able to manage challenging customer and build relationships
  • Ability to deliver and report directly to senior leadership
  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional teams
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • 5 years of experience successfully managing large programs or implementations
  • Ability to compare data from multiple sources to draw conclusions
  • Ability to identify and analyze issues, problems, risks, and opportunities and evaluate consequences
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate appropriately across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with customers, stakeholders, or vendors
  • Knowledge of implementation office processes
  • Knowledge of project management system
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodology and gathering requirements
  • Ability to make timely and sound decisions, even under conditions of uncertainty


  • Create and maintain a standard implementation methodology that governs the project structure for all future company customer implementations
  • Research current or evolving trends in product implementations, continuing to enhance and refine the implementation methodology with the goal of further reducing the implementation project timeframes and costs for customers
  • Facilitate the creation of training collateral and conduct education sessions across the organization to ensure appropriate understanding of the implementation methodology and how to access standard project implementation collateral
  • Participate in sales and proposal activities as an experienced implementation leader to help communicate company standards and processes to potential customers
  • Provide input into effort estimating and pricing activities to ensure built-in compliance with the implementation methodology
  • Support the project implementation steering committee by providing input and ensuring quality/adherence to the established implementation methodology
  • Advise the implementation team through the full life cycle of the project execution
  • Conduct regular quality assurance assessments on projects to provide management with an independent assessment of the project, ensure continued compliance with the implementation methodology, and help proactively identify project issues and mitigation strategies
  • Manage a team of resources to include conducting talent acquisition activities, coaching and/or mentoring, and identifying training requirements
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance reviews, goals, development, and continuous feedback
  • Determine the appropriate staffing mix of contractors and associates to maintain steady work and stay within budget
  • Create, manage, and administer an annual departmental budget, which may include billable hours and percentage targets
  • Help define department strategic objectives and drive business outcomes in alignment to the organizational strategy
