Job Description

We are looking for a senior-level ServiceNow Developer with a focus in ITSM work (specifically in relationship mappings, service mappings between change/incident management and CMDB) along with the following qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
  • 7 years of experience as a key technical resource for a large-scale ServiceNow ITSM solution
  • Must have Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience architecting, implementing, and running the ServiceNow Event Management solution
  • Experience in Orlando or higher release
  • Extensive experience with CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM
  • Extensive experience with service catalog, discovery, event management, problem management, change management, and SecOps
  • Experience creating assets (CI), managing assets, with MID Servers, SAMP, discovery troubleshooting, and scripting
  • Experience creating integrations and with bulk uploads and transform maps
  • Demonstrated self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult, while providing thought leadership to stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
