Job Description


  • Associate degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in technical services, networking, or security administration
  • Ticketing system experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including role-based security and AD security architecture for a medium-to-large organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to express to users technical information in a non-technical manner
  • Excellent planning, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations; strong team focus and interpersonal skills


  • Perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction
  • Administer identity and access management system and perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets
  • Research, correct, and reply accurately and in a timely manner to issues submitted via CSC tickets in agreement with the company’s operating-level agreement
  • Understand and adhere to necessary procedures to maintain optimum security
  • Collaborate with system owners to conduct accurate evaluation of the level of system security required on assigned systems
  • Interface with the user community, which includes associations
  • Weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to management
