Job Description


  • Must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions in IT, financial, or professional staffing
  • Recruiting (sourcing) experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks


  • Source qualified candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for assigned requisitions
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
  • Ensure positive candidate experience
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed

Location: Columbia, SC
Position is currently remote but will be on a flexible schedule when office reopens with 2 days remote.
