Job Description

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions in IT, financial, or professional staffing
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks


  • Source candidates and ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function
  • Responsible for interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and conducting new employee onboarding
  • Collaborate with leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships to source candidates
  • Evaluate employment applications, screen and interview candidates, and provide employment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process

Location: Hybrid in Columbia, SC — 3 days/week onsite
