Job Description

  • This job does require COVID-19 vaccination to comply with Executive Order 14042
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major or 4 years of technical recruiting or human resources related work experience
  • 7 years of technical recruiting work experience
  • 5 years of experience with an applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday, Kenexa, etc.)
  • 5 years of experience in an environment that is process driven
  • 2 years of experience in corporate college recruiting
  • Experience placing managers and higher level candidates
  • Experience in requirements gathering from hiring managers
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Access)


  • Sources, identifies, and screens entry-level, professional, and managerial candidates for technical positions at corporate office and its subsidiaries
  • Schedules candidate interviews with managers and/or designated staff, including travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Researches multiple recruiting channels, including colleges, job fairs, employee referrals, websites, recruitment firms, newspapers, and other sources, and makes recommendations for their use
  • Participates in outreach functions to raise public awareness of technical employment opportunities at corporate office and its subsidiaries
  • Extends job offers to selected candidates at the direction of the hiring manager
  • Ensures required pre-hire documentation is completed
  • Resolves problems related to relocations, internal transfers, and visa issues (i.e., H-1B, F2, TN)
