Job Description


  • This job does require COVID-19 vaccination to comply with Executive Order 14042
  • Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 years of experience with:
    • Shipping/receiving or inventory control in a production environment
    • Receiving, IT warehouse, or other related work
    • Data entry (must have ability to type quickly and accurately)
    • IT using computers and familiarity with IT terminology
  • Must have good driving record and valid driver’s license;¬†will be required to drive a company van


  • Receive all incoming supplies and equipment, verify each item received matches each item ordered, process invoices in appropriate inventory software system, and prepare items received for distribution
  • Reconcile and input appropriate data from invoices for payment to be issued
  • Maintain shipping registers for each client site
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise, coordinating with other departments as necessary
  • Complete reallocations as directed by purchasing
  • May process invoices for services performed
  • May develop and implement process improvements for departmental efficiency
