Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, technology, or other business discipline OR equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in a combination of banking operations, accounting, technology, and technical user responsibilities
- Experience with implementing CS documents for commercial lending
- Experience with defining, implementing, and executing a testing strategy for closing documents
- Experience with DocuSign
- Ability to understand the end-to-end loan origination process for consumer and commercial lending
- Ability to understand the closing documents required for consumer and commercial lending and their compliance and legal requirements
- Ability to understand and align to the broader context of strategic plans across the business, product, and technology
- Ability to work effectively with end users (internal and external) and have a customer service mindset
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Integrate nCino with CS Documents and DocuSign to support closing document preparation and execution for commercial loans
- Define the requirements for the integration
- Understand the existing implementation of CS documents and the specific customizations that are currently in place
- Drive towards the standardization of the integration between nCino and CS documents, with careful analysis undertaken prior to specifying any customizations to the implementation
- Provide input to the approach and execution of testing to support the integration
- Document the success criteria and test cases to be performed for the integration
- Develop documentation supporting the integration, including FAQs, user guides, training materials, and other documentation as required
- Communicate effectively within and across teams, ensuring that the status, risks, and issues with the integration are raised in a timely manner and are well articulated to all affected teams
- Provide guidance to other team members, including business analysts, testers, and developers
- Document requirements for the integration of nCino with CS documents and DocuSign
- Develop and support the execution of test plans for the integration
- Coordinate with other teams and collaborate with staff to support the successful integration
- Develop documentation to support the integration
