Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Compensation Analyst to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Leads the development, implementation, and administration of various compensation programs
  • Designs and executes compensation programs that provide an equitable and competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees
  • Leads a variety of compensation related projects under management direction
  • Provides support to compensation committees
  • Consults with and provides guidance to district associations on compensation related matters
  • Leads the salary survey participation and benchmarking process, completes job evaluations, and actively seeks current market trends and industry specific data to inform appropriate solutions
  • Maintains software to house survey data and conduct compensation analysis
  • Advises managers on individual salary treatment and promotes pay equity
  • Researches and provides recommendations for annual salary increase budget, merit matrix, and salary structure adjustments
  • Partners with talent acquisition to review offers and ensure position control
