SharePoint/Teams Developer (W-2 Only)

Hybrid role — onsite 2 days/week in Nashville, TN
Qualifications:

• W-2 only
• This job does require COVID-19 vaccination to comply with Executive Order 14042
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related degree and 4 years of job-related work experience, OR years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related degree
• 6 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Forms
• Ability to discuss business pain points and offer solutions with the before mentioned tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates logical abstract thinking and assimilating/adhering to project goals and deadlines
• Familiar with project management concepts
• In-depth understanding of organizational functions, behavior, and interrelationships
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-platformed environment, which may require action and response 24×7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and scripting

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy maintainable solutions to operational areas
• Build end-user solutions (this is not a SharePoint administrator role)
• Analyze, design, program, and implement complex applications tasks and projects
• Devise feasible, logical procedures to resolve business problems using computer resources
• Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems
• Review detailed specifications and recommend modifications
• Design, code, test, and debug complex application programs
• Produce deliverables related to the assigned project
• Perform analysis, design, programming, and implementation of systems and procedures to solve complex business or scientific problems
• Evaluate interrelationships in immediate programming area to determine how changes in one program will affect another related area
• Apply conversions and enhancements to business systems
• May lead or provide expertise on assigned projects

Location: Hybrid role in Nashville, TN – will need to be onsite 2 days/week in Nashville
