Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who is self-motivated and serves as a highly organized team leader responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a single point of contact for all Scrum team-related activities and information with respect to applications or products assigned to the Scrum team
• Possesses the ability to understand, translate, and apply Agile concepts into effective business processes
• Makes the transition from concept and principles to effective behavior-based application of leadership skills that support the line of business products, different business models, and technology architecture/environments unique to specific lines of business

Location: Columbia, SC
Hybrid schedule: Work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
