Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of experience in quality management systems development and implementation
  • 3 years of auditing experience in accordance with ISO 9000, TQM, Six Sigma, CMMI, or Baldridge criteria standards
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel and Access)
  • Advanced knowledge of quality management systems methodology
  • Strong knowledge of automated records/reporting systems, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve systems problems
  • Ability to prepare management reports and make presentations

Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction and guidance for implementing and improving the quality management systems at the subsidiary or organization level
  • Ensures operating areas within authority achieve and maintain applicable quality management system registration
  • Responsible for related education, communications, and support activities, including auditing activities
  • May coordinate related activities in each operating division
  • Provides support and education for all areas in the subsidiary or company implementing and maintaining the quality management system certification
  • Oversees improvement activities and management review activities
