Sr. Information Security Analyst

Location: Hybrid (alternating one week onsite/one week remote) in one of these locations: Richmond, VA; Columbia, SC; Salt Lake City, UT; Akron, OH; or Cleveland, OH

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working in an environment with exposure to and hands-on responsibility for large data center operations and multi-location network architecture
• Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall and management system administration experience
• Advanced network security troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing firewalls across a large enterprise and remote locations
• Demonstrated ability to complete strategic infrastructure projects, provide status updates to management, and successfully complete a wide range of infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals and groups both within and external to the company to achieve desired results, analyze an issue/problem, and make recommendations for an effective and efficient resolution
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis

Preferred:

• Experience with Check Point, Juniper, and scripting
• Experience with other non-firewall security platforms or authentication systems

Responsibilities:

• Implement, administer, and manage firewalls and other security appliances
• Troubleshoot and provide remediation solutions for issues related to firewalls and other security appliances
• Analyze and resolve technical problems for established environments
• Comply with policies and procedures as required
• Interact with multiple end users/stakeholders every day to fulfill requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Perform special project related tasks as assigned
