Job Description

Remote Opportunity – Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • PHR certification
  • 4 years of talent review experience – evaluating talent for readiness and progression
  • 4 years of job family experience creating structure around specific families and implementing department and/or company structures to maximize movement and shelf-life
  • 4 years experience with succession planning and workforce planning
  • 2 years of experience leading job family structure work and talent reviews
  • HR management knowledge of principles and practices
  • ​Talent management knowledge and skills – from hiring to offboarding
  • Performance management knowledge and skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in HR for a healthcare, technology, or healthcare technology company
  • Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide input for the development, implementation, and maintenance of organization-wide human resource procedures, policies, systems, and programs
  • Ensure business need is considered when creating and implementing new HR policies, procedures, and programs as well as ensuring consistency and compliance with the execution of said initiatives
  • Collaborate with associates and managers regarding the associate employment life cycle in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Performance Management from selection up to and potentially including termination
  • Support work required for a Talent Center of Excellence
  • Support the creation and implementation of corporate and department-specific job family/progressions/structure
  • Support creation of workforce and succession planning
  • Support leaders with performance and/or coaching opportunities
  • Help mentor junior resource in HR-specific tasks/skills
  • Perform talent management/performance management
