Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or web development, or equivalent training
  • Minimum of 3 years of Drupal (D8/D9) website development experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required (portfolio or website demonstrating previous experience is preferred)
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop accurate project time estimates
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to problem solve independently
  • Flexibility in approach to problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Ability to listen and incorporate new information/viewpoints
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, take initiative, work under time constraints, and exercise sound business judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret client needs to achieve customer satisfaction

Preferred:

  • Experience with the HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience working with wireframing/rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Lunacy, etc.)

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the design and development of all company and partner websites, which includes working closely with company IT and marketing staff, and partner marketing managers to plan and develop both websites and custom features that meet their business goals and objectives
  • Conduct research regularly and analysis on all sites to make data-driven recommendations for new features and functionality
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the company and supported websites, including analyzing search engine optimization (SEO) and website statistics to accurately track, communicate, and provide recommendations on traffic, usage rates, visibility, and awareness
  • Recommend changes or updates based on analysis
  • Maintain company and supported websites, including routine updates and edits, adding additional content, and posting of financial/regulatory reports

Location: Hybrid schedule in Columbia, SC – 3 days/week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote.
