Job Description


  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
  • BS or relevant experience, certification in RPA administration, or performance testing platform is a plus
  • Experience with performance testing
  • Direct experience with Automation Anywhere or a similar tool
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and debugging automated bots/workflows (AA version 11.3 & AA 2019 preferred)
  • Ability to troubleshoot accounts, credentials, software, and other configuration issues
  • Ability to set up/configure/troubleshoot VM servers; install, update, and maintain software
  • Server administrative experience
  • Familiarity with logging and control systems (e.g., MMC/Windows Error Reporting, log files, etc.)
  • Ability to clearly document new processes and procedures and business partner requirements where applicable
  • Ability to organize, update, and maintain multiple diverse data sets with a high attention to detail


  • Responsible for performance testing and keeping software current, patching and test scenarios, scripts for test scenarios, and analytic reports using HP ALM Quality Center
  • Help drive transformational and operational improvement projects working with cross-functional teams to enable process, technology, and organizational effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and with all levels as well as with third-party partners
  • Work in an environment using Automation Anywhere Version 11.2 and 360
  • Use a testing tool called Client
