Job Description


  • Business qualification or equivalent experience in an office/customer facing role
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining flexibility

  • Build relationships with customers to support our integrity core value
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers: order placement, tracking, follow-up, quality, or service-related inquiries
  • Execute the order entry process to ensure orders are entered timely and accurately (quantity, price, freight terms, shipping instructions, packaging requirements, delivery date, etc.)
  • Review all orders and customer confirmations for accuracy
  • Ensure a high level of proactive customer engagement with strong communication related to expected service levels, issue resolutions, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare shipping documentation to support international shipments
  • Follow-up proactively with internal departments including quality, sales, and planning to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Support the process of new customer and new item set-up and maintain accurate customer master files
  • Serve as a power user in QAD and Qlikview, providing support internally where required
  • Extract sales data to produce reports as required
  • Support the transfer of traded product
  • Develop system knowledge to effectively work with customer supply chain solutions
  • Act as a key resource for the sales group
