Job Description


  • 1 year of experience as a help desk technician or other customer-facing role within IT
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile phones, and other IT hardware
  • Strong Windows OS knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize efforts based upon business impact
  • Must have a customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain even-tempered during stressful situations
  • Must have a desire to learn new technologies that can improve the end-user experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL certification (preferred)


  • Diagnose and resolve IT hardware and software issues using a variety of communication methods (remote support, phone, email, tickets, etc.)
  • Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Follow up with end users to ensure all problems are appropriately resolved
  • Learn and know the technical workings of our available products by heart and continuously stay up to date with the latest features and product changes
  • Thorough working knowledge of hardware, software, and applications frequently used in a corporate enterprise environment
  • Write, update, and improve training materials and procedures
  • Maintain asset inventories to include requesting additional inventory to meet changing demands and disposing of equipment that has reached its life cycle date
  • Be comfortable working collaboratively with global teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and share knowledge
