Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile/Scrum practices
• Serve as a single point of contact for all Scrum team related activities and information with respect to applications or products assigned to the Scrum team
• Make the transition from concept and principles to effective behavior-based application of leadership skills that support the line of business products, different business models, and technology architecture/environments

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be able to work on a W-2
• Ability to understand, translate, and apply Scrum/Agile concepts into effective business processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to the team and management
• Strong focus on customer service
• Ability to manage competing demands

Location: Hybrid in Columbia, SC, but can be remote for the right candidate.
