Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project status, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Manage smaller coordination efforts within the organization
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project for initiation and closing
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Support PMO applications like PPM tool, Azure DevOps, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work on a W-2
  • 3 years of experience in a project coordinator related field
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Competency and understanding for maintaining financial reporting for the organization


  • Bachelor degree in business OR related field of study

Location: Hybrid in Columbia, SC, but can be remote for the right candidate.
