Training Specialist-Instructional Designer (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for classroom and web-based training needs analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance
• Assist with development of training materials that meet identified training objectives and comply with established development standards
• Maintain expertise as instructional technologist
• Receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problems and knows when to get others involved
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with SMEs, instructors, and/or key stakeholders related to work assignments

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be able to work on a W-2
• Full knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
• Excellent personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with information mapping principles/tools and CBT/WBT development platform (Articulate Storyline) preferred

Education/Certification:

• Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education
