Key Responsibilities:
- Research and understand customer issues
- Establish and maintain a high-level of customer trust and confidence in the information technology team’s knowledge of and concern for the customer’s business needs
- Handle multiple deadlines and associated pressures to managing work
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be able to work on a W-2
- 3 years of directly related experience
- 2 years of experience supporting HR master data, time, or payroll
- 1 year of experience with SAP S/4 HCM and/or success factors
Location: Hybrid in Richmond, VA.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $90,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
