Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages division-specific pipelines
- Track proposal efforts from identification through award
- Develop proposal overviews and coordinate go/no go decision making
- Develop and distribute proposal outlines and compliance matrices
- Develop, distribute, and consolidate proposal related data calls
- Orders necessary proposals materials and documents such as bid bonds, reference letters, and hard copy proposal materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced proposal environment
- Experience writing proposals
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity
- Ability to have repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; bending, pulling, and carrying on occasion
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relatable field of education and skill sets
