Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support all environments, equipment, and software as per our contractual agreement
- Maintain and support the mainframe environment to include being responsible for keeping track of equipment and software maintenance, troubleshooting issues, customer requests via emails, participating in meetings, and procurements
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 6 years IT work experience, including varied systems programming experience
- JCL experience
- Experience with standard office equipment
- Strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces, control languages, development, quality assurance, and implementation strategies of systems software
Preferred Skills:
- Installing, configuring, administering, troubleshooting, and IPL z/OS platforms
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree computer science, information systems, OR other job-related field
Location: Columbia, SC
The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $95,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
