Job Description

- Maintain tape libraries
- Monitor computing platforms
- Notify customers of problems
- Operate console systems
- Troubleshoot computing platforms
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the operation and support of a variety of computer systems
- Experience with MS Office
- Effective analytical, organizational, communications (verbal and written), and customer service skills
- Knowledge of console systems, peripheral equipment, and computing platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-platformed environment, which may require action and response 24×7 to support the technical business needs of the customer
Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma OR equivalent work experience
Location: Ashburn, VA. The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications. 23-00538, Data Center/Mainframe Technician
