Key Responsibilities:
- Preform business process software mapping
- Provide business process review, propose business process, and procedure improvements
- Preform enterprise software review and quality assurance analysis
- Work with staff on resolving pain points with enterprise software functionality, daily reporting, and tracking of helpdesk tickets
- Propose enterprise software improvements and modifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with:
- Quality assurance testing
- Business process testing & improvement
- Process & procedure documentation
- Statements of work, change orders, or software modification requests
Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma
Location: Columbia, SC.
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 25% remote work.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $110,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
