Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain desktop software and hardware
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
- Monitor and update dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned
- Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and development of end-user guidelines
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 2 years of technical operations support experience
- Ability to provide:
- Consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
- On-the-spot training to users
- Understands operating systems imaging concepts
Education/Certifications:
- A+ Certification is preferred
Location: Florence, SC.
The salary range for this position is $35,000 – $65,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
