Key Responsibilities:
- Document processes and procedures for various areas for projects
- Analyze processes and propose improvements in support of continuous improvement activities
- Conduct requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and management for projects
- Conduct needs assessments or gap analysis for projects
- Support stakeholder management with project managers
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in system analysis and information technology
- Ability to:
- Analyze and document, business and system processes using various methods and tools
- Take complicated processes and document them in MS Visio or MS Word
Education/Certifications:
- 5 years of related work experience
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) preferred
Location: Columbia, SC.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
