Key Responsibilities:
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems; when unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes
- Escalate hardware related problems to the third-party warranty and non-warranty supplier
- Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue and service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe
- Record incident resolutions in ServiceNow
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
- Strong Windows OS knowledge
- Knowledge in MDT, WSUS, Active Directory, and other Microsoft management technologies
- Basic understanding of LAN and wireless network technologies
- Basic IT security knowledge
- PowerShell and light HTML coding is a plus
- Must be able to work 2nd shift: 4 pm to 1 am
Location: Onsite near Summerville, SC. This is a 2nd shift role. The 2nd shift will officially start in March 2024. You will be expected to train during the 1st shift until that time.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $65,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
