Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems; when unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes
- Escalate hardware related problems to the third-party warranty and non-warranty supplier
- Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe
- Record incident resolutions in ServiceNow
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
- Strong Windows OS knowledge required
- Knowledge in MDT, WSUS, Active Directory, and other Microsoft management technologies
- Basic understanding of LAN and wireless network technologies
- Basic IT security knowledge
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
Location: Onsite, 2nd shift role near Summerville, SC.
The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $60,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
