Continuous Improvement Engineer (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize continuous improvement strategies, tools, and techniques to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency
• Value Stream Map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Lead cross-functional shop floor teams and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence
• Identify site improvement opportunities based on potential impact and return on investment
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are aligned, and sustained with business goals and objective

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Minitab, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred in industrial engineering)
• Greenbelt Certification preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification a plus
