Key Responsibilities:
- Identify how the cloud services (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)) are used now (current state)
- Determine how these services should be used as well as new features, functions, and services that are available and worthwhile when implemented (future state)
- Evaluate the new cloud services and identify the gaps between current state and future state
- Design a plan for stakeholders and users to understand the changes that need to be made
- Create a communications plan
- Develop a training plan to teach usage of the future state
- Conduct the training and implement the plan to get to the future state
- Define, monitor, and measure success metrics for the change program
- 6 years experience in change management
- Experience with cloud services projects
- Experience designing and implementing change management with large enterprises (government agencies are preferred)
- Proven strong communications skills across all organizational levels from executive stakeholders to staff
- Bachelor's degree
