Sr. Network Engineer (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Sr. Network Engineer for an onsite role in Columbia, SC. Candidates must be a resident of SC, NC, or GA and be willing to relocate within 40 miles of Columbia, SC prior to start date at own expense. South Carolina driver's license required within 30 days of starting position.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
• 10 years of experience with:
  • Cisco firewalls
  • Cisco routers
  • Cisco switches
  • Cisco VPN
  • Cisco administration
• 5 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls

Preferred Skills:

• 10 years of experience with:
  • Monitoring and tracing tools
  • Core network architecture
  • Advanced troubleshooting, routing, and switching
• 4 years of experience with wireless networks
• 3 years of experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of networking products
• Troubleshoot network failures and identify network problems
• Perform network analysis, design, installation, configuration, and support
• Maintain network diagrams and other network documentation
• Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution support
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues in a complex, voice-integrated infrastructure

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in addition to required years of experience
• Preferred certifications: CCNA and/or CCNP

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $145,000.
