Workday Integration Specialist (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, training, and support of complex business and enterprise software solutions
• Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), finance, and procurement
• Configure and customize Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, such as officers, directors, and managers or teams to understand their integration needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Workday integrations development with strong experience in HCM and Financial Module integration
• Experience with:
  • Integration technologies including web services and APIs, such as Web Service Description Language (WSDL), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST) and Web Services (WS) standards, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java
  • Developing integrations for both Workday HCM and Financials
• Knowledge in integration security (ISU, PGP Key, MFA)
• Demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, and calculated fields as it relates to integrations

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

The salary range for this position is $165,000 – $180,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
