Key Responsibilities:
The hourly range for this position is $20 – $24/hr. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
- Provide on-the-spot training to users
- Understand operating systems imaging concepts
- Make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment
- 2 years of technical operations support experience
- Routine transporting of items up to 30 lbs and transporting items up to 70lbs on occasion
- Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related field OR 2 years of job-related work experience
- CompTIA A+ or higher is preferred
