Key Responsibilities:

• Software installation
• Troubleshoot applications
• Rebuild workstations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of job-related work experience
• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Teams, Office, and Windows
• Customer service and communication skills

Education/Certifications:

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related field
• CompTIA A+ or higher is preferred

The salary range for this position is $20 – $22hr. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
