Recently, Starmack was recognized for his efforts as he received not one, but two accolades for his company leadership as he steers the TMF helm.
In December 2025, SCBIZ named Starmack as one of the 500 Influential Leaders in South Carolina. This inaugural list of business leaders recognizes leaders across all industries throughout the state for their innovative leadership and positive impact on the state’s community. Starmack was listed in the Professional Services and Consulting category.

Then in January 2026, Columbia Business Monthly published its list of the 2025 50 Most Influential People, recognizing Starmack as a leader who has made a “significant impact” in The Midlands.
