Executive Team

Chief Executive Officer

John has been with the company for more than 10 years. He has more than 30 years of experience leading consulting teams to establish practices and accounts, developing strategic plans, implementing enterprise technology systems, and generating multiple funding streams. He has served on governor transition teams and state task forces, as a trusted advisor to government and private sector executive teams, and on a university advisory board.

John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas. He is also PMP certified.

Chief Financial Officer

Henry has been with the company for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the staff, he was with Price Waterhouse for 5 years as an auditor. He was also the controller of a local temporary staffing company for one year. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Farm Business Management and Finance from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina.

Director of Human Resources

Jennifer has been with the company for more than 20 years, starting as a temporary employee as a personnel assistant before joining as a full-time employee. She has worked as a recruiter for seven years, a senior technical recruiter for five years, and field services manager for nine years. In 2019, she took over the human resources manager role. Having worked in several different areas, this has given her the opportunity to see the big picture of how all departments work together and understand their different perspectives. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina.

Director of Recruiting

Tracey has been with the company for more than 15 years. She has 25 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry specializing in information technology. She has been recognized as an Information Technology Top Producing Recruiter for 10 years, while successfully building and leading onshore/offshore recruiting teams. Tracey’s colleagues refer to her as a “true professional, with a dynamic personality, unwavering work ethic, and someone who strives to take each task to a higher level.” Tracey studied Business Administration at Piedmont Technical College.
