Job Description

  • Experience with Digital Platforms – SAP and SEW experience


  • Assist in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the application, specifically the gaps that will be filled through customizations
  • Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for system, performance, and user acceptance testing
  • Serve as a resource for the change management architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products
  • Provide functional guidance to the technical designer for the reports, interfaces, conversion programs, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW) work units
  • Participate in additional testing, including assembly test of work units and system test
  • Complete all appropriate documentation required by the programmers, testers, deployment team, and service delivery team that will maintain the application
  • Participate in quality reviews to check traceability of the designs to the requirement
  • Execute test scripts using Micro Focus ALM
  • Record problems and issues in accordance with the project’s problem and issue management plans
  • Work with the technical team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process
  • Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Validate product fixes
  • Inform the functional lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the process
