  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, organizational management/psychology, or related discipline, OR equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing resources, either team lead or manager level
  • 3 years of healthcare experience, including general healthcare knowledge (healthcare terms and healthcare systems)
  • Advanced knowledge business requirements definition (BRDM) and project management methodology (PMM) processes
  • Knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies and CSR management application (i.e., PDM, Jira/Confluence)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  • High degree of attention to detail, but can discern facts from commentary information
  • Objective, innovative, and strategic for problem-solving with limited guidance, direction, or process
  • Ability to pivot, adapt, and alter course of actions with ease, precision, and in a timely manner
  • Ability to escalate issues and provide appropriate recommendations to team leadership
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be innovative, strategic, adaptable, positive, and motivating during difficult situations
  • Ability to provide guidance and input to strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Previous experience working in a dynamic and changing environment managing multiple initiatives, tasks, and expectations with ease


  • Previous budget management experience
  • 2 years of experience managing matrix teams


  • Lead the project management and business analysts resources
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer resource staffing needs, supports and operates in a single source staffing model
  • Assist in performing resource risk assessment and management to ensure all resources are assigned as fully billable to a project
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance reviews, goals, development, and continuous feedback
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and promotion of the resource coaching and mentoring program
  • Assist resources with pairings of a senior and junior team member for resource advancement and growth
  • Solicit feedback from work managers via performance evaluations and take appropriate course of action working closely with the resources and business services when required
  • Assist in the management of the content in the SOWs and CSRs by ensuring overall compliance to deliverables, milestones, budget, and quality outcomes
  • Contribute to the creation of status/governance reporting related to team goals, resource metrics, financial issues, or risks
  • Assist senior leadership in increasing customer commitment and retention of services for growth and transformation
  • Support in identifying opportunities and strategic direction for ongoing improvements to application, delivery tools, processes, and practices across the team
  • Deploy surveys, measure quality reporting, and lead advisory workgroups to improve both internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Create, manage, and administer a departmental budget
