Job Description


  • Experience with:
    • AIX/Linux servers
    • Functional ID
    • Unix groups
    • DB roles
    • MS Office Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure


  • Review the new user onboarding and access request forms and provide necessary feedback or any corrections required
  • Obtain necessary approvals and submit tickets in the Service Request Tracking System¬†(SRTS)
  • Submit tickets for password reset requests and unlock accounts for Unix, Control M, DB2, CyberArk, VM Horizon, FEP Direct V2, Cognos, and Tableau Accounts
  • Support user access review
  • Submit deactivation requests on time in SRTS based on the offboarding tickets
  • Support collecting evidence for audits and archive them as necessary
  • Submit SRTS tickets for any ad hoc activities
  • Support obtaining system outages approvals and communications
  • Open to learn the new tools/applications that introduces and expect support, manage access requests, and audit process
  • Should be flexible to work and support beyond the normal working hours as and when requires; during the emergency, monthly, and quarterly deployments, and any emergency system downtimes
