A/V Technology Research Analyst (Onsite)

We’re looking for a A/V Technology Research Analyst for an onsite role in Columbia, SC.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of experience with A/V technologies/products
• 1 year directly supporting technologies or products
• Experience with:
  • Video chat
  • A/V support
  • Crestron and Extron and support of these devices
  • Microsoft Teams rooms
  • A/V installation 
• Troubleshooting skills
• Must have good customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist primary A/V analyst with installations, operational support, and maintenance for all equipment in our environment

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4 years of job-related work experience

The hourly rate for this position is $27.97.
