Job Description

We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Basic SQL or query experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM and Field Service)
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Jira and MS Project
  • Understanding of system integrations, database schemas, and application architecture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document business needs and challenges
  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX teams to design and deliver technology solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related field

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000.
