Developer (WCAG) (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Developer (WCAG) to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of test automation development for 508 Compliance issues
• Experience training others on 508 Compliance standards, development, and testing
• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) knowledge
• Must have one of the following:
  • JAWS (Job Access With Speech)
  • Selenium, especially with Selenium (Axe library for accessibility testing)
  • Accessibility Management Platform (AMP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 508 and WCAG audits of developed websites
• Support the development of automation scripts
• Collaborate on any development needed to the engine to automate the testing process
• Identify any automation deficiencies or features that cannot be automated
• Collaborate with the validation services manual test team to ensure maximum test coverage
• Support the identification of compliance bugs and retesting of fixes

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree

The hourly rate for this position is $57.34.
