HRIS Analyst (Onsite)

We're hiring an HRIS Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role offers onsite the first 90 days then transitions into a hybrid (virtual Monday and Friday, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support for HR systems including troubleshooting system issues and integration/file feed issues
• Provide support with implementation and testing tasks in new/recurring data integration projects
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with:
  • HCM system (Successfactors, Ceridian, ADP, UltiPro, Paychex) 
  • Understanding of database logic and design, rows, and columns
  • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Functions)
  • Strong customer service
  • Critical thinking and analytical 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking time constraints and prioritization 

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, human resources, statistics, or related field preferred
