Java Developer (Remote)

We're hiring a Java Developer for a remote role.

Work Authorization: Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 4 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience
• Proficiency in Java development, JDK, v21, JSON, and XML
• Experience with MongoDB and Quarkus (Container Development) is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Upgrade and deploy a large government application for customer service for military and veteran members
• Implement changes to both front-end and back-end web technologies
• Focus on developing and deploying solutions for front-end web development

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree; OR
• Degree equivalency of 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate degree in relevant fields

The hourly rate for this position is $50.36.
