Job Description
We're hiring a Mainframe Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience
- Experience with:
- COBOL
- Mainframe
- Insurance claims
- Batch applications
- Experience with APS, NDVR, debugging tools, and batch tools nice to have
- Strong organizational skills and follow through
- Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly
- Code assignments will follow a structured Waterfall methodology, with clear requirements and defined handoff points
- Complete thorough unit testing of their own work before transitioning it to the dedicated systems testing team
- Debug issues, conduct successful code walkthroughs, and manage code migrations through all environments up to production
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related degree
