Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain application systems
- Perform systems testing and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Document system processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- 6 years of experience with:
- OmniStudio components (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, and Vlocity Industry Data Model )
- Native config, Apex, LWC, and VisualForce
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce's Business Rules Engine
- Proficiency in JavaScript language
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
