SAP Basis Admin (Hybrid)

We're hiring an SAP Basis Admin to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 50% onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:

•  Must be a US Citizen 
• 3-5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience, supporting systems such as S/4HANA, BW/BI, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Fiori, PI/PO, C4C, OpenText.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA architecture, cloud-based SAP technologies, and SAP Integration Suites
• Experience with Exadata
• Strong proficiency in S/4 HANA data archiving
• Strong skills in monitoring and optimizing SAP system performance across databases, application servers, and interfaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day SAP Basis operations
• Ensure system integrity through regular backups, patching, kernel upgrades, and high-availability planning
• Monitor and optimize SAP system performance across databases, application servers, and interfaces
• Administer SAP HANA databases, Oracle (including Exadata), or other relevant database platforms
• Manage S/4HANA data archiving processes and solutions, including configuring file systems, content servers, and archive storage locations
• Perform end-to-end configuration, execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting of archiving jobs across multiple SAP objects

Education/Certifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience

The hourly rate for this position is $59.08.
