Senior Developer (AI) (Onsite)

We're hiring a Senior Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with:
  • Copilot Studio
  • AI Builder and Generative AI solutions
  • Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake
  • DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Implementing application governance and security controls
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer, PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect, PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst, DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate

• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft's Power Platform and Fabric ecosystem
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable automation, analytics, data integration, reporting, and AI-driven solutions
• Improve operational efficiency and business decision-making

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree or 4 years of job-related work experience; OR 
• 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree

The hourly rate for this position is $73.44.
